Rather than using traditional knife slots, this innovative knife block uses hundreds of little rods which hold knives of any shape and size. This means you don't need to find a suitable slot when you're putting a knife in the block - just slip it in anywhere. In addition, the rods help protect the blade of the knives, as the blade is gripped from all angles instead of just the blade edge itself.
As a handy extra, the knife block also features a compact bamboo chopping board which stores away next to the knife block to save you space - a perfect little chopping board for small amounts of herbs or single vegetables.
