It was terrible
I ordered before the deadline for next day delivery and waited in all day at my business I only phoned yourselves at 13.00 to be told it wouldn't be delivered until Monday. I would never have ordered from you if I had know that you website was lying and no one bothered to tell me until I rang. The people I spoke to couldn't give a damn about the service I was expecting. The driver when they did come were rude and lazy. The first thing they said before even a good morning was that" they didn't do steps or stairs and needed easy access or they would leave it outside"

Thought it would be delivered next day . However I didn’t read that I had to contact them to ensure next day . Paperwork said delivery next day as well. Delivery the day after was very good , good communication and assistance from delivery driver.

Ordering process was very easy and straight forward. Catering Appliances offered next day delivery which is what I needed. However, this is where the system failed. We did not get the item until 2 days later. Catering Appliances blaming the carrier and the carrier blaming Catering Appliances. Unless you can guarantee next day delivery please don't offer it.

As you have rightly suggested, we extended some of our delivery estimates to reduce the chance of a similar situation occurring until we were once again able to confidently offer next-day deliveries.

We're sorry to hear that some of your items were received damaged; however, I cannot find any record of an attempt to contact us regarding this damaged delivery. Had any contact been made, we would have done everything in our power to make this right, although this must be done within a specific timeframe, and as we did not have any knowledge of this damage, this timeframe has now passed.

well still waiting for our new microwave to be mended, only been working for
two weeks and you have passed me over to the manufactures who can't come out for 10 days, great so no microwave for the bank hoilday

As the product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, repairs and service arrangements are handled by them. While we understand the inconvenience of the wait time, we unfortunately can’t bring their schedule forward.

On ordering the fridge, the service was good and it arrived quickly. However, the first fridge we received was damaged on both sides and you couldn’t open and close the door. This was then replaced which took some time, with another fridge which was also damaged in several places. We then requested a refund which took over two weeks to happen.
We’re really sorry your order didn’t arrive in the condition you expected. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. We’ve already raised this with our delivery partner and are investigating so that we can prevent it from happening again.

Easy to select and pay online, fridge ideal for want we wanted ( is noisier than a normal fridge but we were aware of that from the clear details on the website). Would be good to be able to arrange delivery online too but have to phone / email. Arranged delivery and warned that if the driver ran out of hours it might be the next day instead ( which was OK for us). Got a call late morning on original date to say it would be the next day, and they would phone with an eta. Next day delivery arrived at 7am, with no warning - which would have been helpful.
I soaked the pieces in water for about an hour and and one piece turned rusty

The CB943 Meat Mincer is designed for hand washing only, and the removable metal parts should not be soaked.
Prolonged immersion in water can cause surface oxidation on steel components. For best results, wash the parts briefly in warm, soapy water, dry them thoroughly immediately afterwards, and lightly lubricate with cooking oil before reassembly — as outlined in the user manual.
If you’d like, our support team can guide you on cleaning and maintenance tips to prevent this from happening again. This is also documented in your appliance care document, which you should have received with the product.
Great prices with excellent customer service. We initially called up with a pricing query which was dealt with very quickly and we placed the order after being dealt with so well.
Whilst they quote a longer lead time which we understand the delivery arrived in two days.

We are sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with our delivery process. All of our deliveries are kerbside delivery only unless otherwise requested.
This is clearly stated at checkout, on our order confirmation, and on the invoice. Unfortunately, we were not made aware before delivery that kerbside delivery would not be suitable, and no special delivery requirements were noted when the order was placed.
We will investigate the comments from the courier, as this is not in line with how we would expect our customers to be spoken with and apologise once again.
