As a first time customer we were impressed with speed of handling our initial enquiry. The engineers visit was on time and the repair excellent. Whilst on site a second unit was examined and parts have been ordered so hopefully this will also result in a good repair.

NO OTHER COMMERCIAL ICE MACHINE PRODUCING ICE FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY THAT I KNOW OF DOES THIS. IN ANY CASE, MY COMPLAINT ALSO FOCUSES ON THE FACT THAT NO MENTION OF THIS IS MADE IN THE PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL OR THE USERS MANUAL, LEAVING PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS WIITHOUT FULL FACTS.

Super quick deliver

I purchased a display fridge for over £2,000, and while it was delivered as promised, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Shockingly, two rude and arrogant delivery drivers managed to smash the fridge to pieces before it even left the truck. To make matters worse, they laughed and showed no concern whatsoever. This left me without the fridge for the entire bank holiday weekend.

Although customer service was quick to resolve the issue and sent a replacement a few days later, the same delivery team arrived again. I had to stand by the truck to ensure they didn't repeat their mistake, as they were about to unpack the fridge in the same careless manner. They seemed irritated by my presence, rolling their eyes, laughing, and ignoring my requests for extra caution.

While the fridge itself is brilliant (when delivered intact) and the customer service team is highly responsive, the delivery service was absolutely horrendous.

Terrible experience with delivery. No contact from the delivery driver, he just failed delivery, saying he couldn't drive his tiny truck into our estate (where articulated lorries, bin lorries, fire engines, oil tankers, delivery trucks regularly drive). They were fairly curt with their responses to my emails. Wanted to charge me £75 for redelivery or 20% restocking fee, as their driver couldn't be bothered. In the end, after many emails and phone calls they agreed to 'attempt' redelivery. I had to take a tractor and forks down to meet the driver and mate on the main road and take delivery in a precarious location! Absolutely bonkers, we are on a sound, tarmac road, busses, coaches etc regularly drive through, but not this guy and his tiny truck. Absolute trauma and I wish I'd spent the extra £20 and bought from my usual supplier, who have delivered a great many, much larger appliances to me with no drama.
