Great prices fast service

Fridge didn’t work, wanted us to fill out form and wait for engineer. He booked himself over a week later. After lots of calls they did eventually replace but was not easy.

Ordered a Panasonic catering microwave which was delivered within a couple of days, exactly as stated including several text messages of the exact time of delivery - excellent service.

will only buy from them. reliable, trustworthy, always quick to respond to queries. can always speak to a human on the phone. warranty claims are straightforward and fair. overall buying process is smooth and easy.

Unable to fulfil delivery promise. 8am to 6pm they said. No problem at all. Not asking for anything special.
Attempted delivery at 7am (I have CCTV records) then claimed no-one in to take delivery.

Parcel has not arrived. Apparently three delivery attempts made by Parcelforce, without any notification to me, no cards delivered through door when nobody at home to receive parcel. Another delivery promised today 28.1.25. No delivery. No card. Purchase confirmed and dispatched on 10.1.25. Since then it has been lost in the mess that is Parcelforce. Very unhappy.

Overall, the shipping and contact process isn’t bad. However, be cautious about hidden fees for returning items. In my case, I was on vacation, and my employees told me to order a water kettle because they thought the old one was broken. It turned out they just needed to reset it. So, I ended up ordering a kettle worth over £500 unnecessarily. When I contacted the company for a return, I was told I had to pay 25% of the item’s value, even though it was untouched and still in its original packaging. This means the company will receive the item back, resell it at full price, and yet we, as customers, are supposed to give them 25%?!! They are scammers! Please be cautious about this. There are plenty of other companies that accept returns for free, so I recommend looking elsewhere.

Quality of goods are ok

We have received a poor quality item, which is not fit for purpose, and is faulty and we cannot return it without incurring a cost. If I had ordered the same item on amazon, this would not have been a problem or a cost.

I ordered a shelving unit, it arrived the next day. That’s impressive. When unpacked there were a few pieces missing. I emailed the company, had a very speedy reply and the missing parts were despatched the next day. Before despatch, a check was made that the parts were correct.
So from the time of order to full assembly took less than a week.

I really can’t think of an improvement as were all human and occupational errors happen. What makes the difference is If dealt with properly. Great customer service.

Ordered tables. Took so long to arrive had to find an alternative and buy replaxements. Refused delivery and asked for a refund. 3 months on still havent received a refund. They told me 2 months ago will take 1-2 days. Now my last few emails have beeb ignored!

Ordered a Buffalo Meat Mincer and it arrived a couple of days later. No issues at all. I would use again.

The freezer we ordered arrived earlier then first advised. We had a call to ask if we would like it delivered early which we said yes.
The only problem was we were not advised when it would be delivered. So it was a bit of a surprise when it turned up. An email advising when it was being delivered would have been nice. Apart from that we are very happy.

The quality of the barstools are exceptional. Also I was amazed to be able to go back to this company and find an exact, match to the two barstools I had bought 3yrs previously. This totally saved me having to buy a new set of 3 barstools. Of note I was very pleased to discover the price had not increased by much either.
