Thank you for your review. I can see that we contacted the supplier on your behalf and a refund was authorised, but we did not receive a response from you to proceed further. We have to work with the industry standard restocking fee, which we are charged via our supplier. We will always attempt to negotiate if an alternative product is ordered.
