The Burco Boiler is a well known brand,have been around forever, made in the uk, very good quality, reliable and the best for the job.

Delivery very prompt, the appliance was sent without its key but this was received within a couple of days after one phone call to customer services.

The only thing that did not go to plan was the arrival of the lorry with the goods without the warning phone call you had promised before I made the order. We are a Girlguide campsite and no one is in residence at the moment due to lockdown etc. You promised a phone call to say which day you would be delivering and this was not forthcoming. A rearranged delivery was sorted with the driver.

Enquired online about lead time of product, had a quote returned without the lead time & missing basic info : name, phone number, email.. numerous emails back & forth to be able to accept the quote. A UPS delivery was cancelled with no explanation, had to do a lot of follow up. Once delivery confirmed it was quick & goods arrived in perfect condition. Need to review their quote & order processes.

They contacted the manufacturer for installation instructions, emailed them to me then added them to the product description. Sink arrived the next day, excellent quality and just waiting for fitting when utility room completed.
