The appliance has not worked properly since purchased. Previously in May we were told that the issue was down to user error and were charged £155 for the callout. Now it has the same issue again, a different engineer has said that it needs to have a part replaced so we were charged £155 in May when we shouldn't have been and again this time we had to pay a £240 callout deposit which I expect to now be refunded. The appliance should not have a faulty part when it has hardly been used.

Ordered a dryer. When be fitted did not work. The supplier sent out replacement parts and said they would call back to arrange an engineer to fit the parts, but never did.

I ordered a Sharp microwave on a Monday and was delighted when it was delivered at lunchtime on Tuesday. Unfortunately there was slight cosmetic damage to the machine but on contacting Catering Appliance Superstore they sorted it out super quick to the satisfaction of everyone. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Their Customer Service and Sales are first class.

I returned to Catering Appliance for my next purchase, as the customer service I received when an ice machine went wrong was outstanding. It was a machine that had gone faulty during its warranty, several engineers failed to get it going and it fell out of its warranty, but they continued to chase the manufacturer and I couldn’t have been more impressed with how they resolved the issue.
In this mad fast corporate world it’s important to recognise when a company gets it right and return the loyalty. I had found the new purchase slightly cheaper with another company, but I felt more confident buying from Catering Appliance. The staff on the phone are very helpful.
