Great product at great price

Delivery was very fast but due to arriving earlier than expected, item couldn't be checked within the required 24hr window to report faults. On opening item, damage found but too late for a replacement. Small refund offered & taken. Not ideal and the 24hr window limiting in Covid times when I work from home a few days a week. Disappointing service.

Very poor experience. My items were returned to the depot and sat there for more 10 days. Nobody thought of giving me a call and alerting me of the issue they had with the address. I was told by delivery man that they could have given me a call at the time of their first attempt, had Catering Appliance included my contact in their form. Customer service was defensive.

My item has not arrived, I had to ring them to see where it was on the last day of delivery only to be told it was delayed for another month if I had not contacted them then I would still be waiting, they gave me a alternative choice but that would of cost me another £80 plus vat and they were not prepared to do me a deal for the inconvenience as I was relying on this item to be here on time

Delivery by parcel force was terrible. They delivered part order without letting anyone know (to a bowling club)
The second part of the order was promised the next day but were told at 10.30am it was not coming till the following Monday having waited since 8am. It arrived on Monday but to not narrow down the delivery spot i.e. between 8am and 6pm is crazy.
Don't use parcel force.

Excellent - this truly is a company that delivers in every aspect from the first enquiry right through to a perfect delivery - really lovely staff to deal with and nothing was too much trouble and the product was fabulous - wish all companies were as great as this one - truly reliable and easy to reach, in fact they were that great I phoned to thank them as it is a rarity nowadays

All good until there was a problem with the appliance. It could have been sorted over the phone but wasn’t. An engineer was sent out and it ended up costing me. Very disappointing.

Changed my mind on the next day on one item and wanted to cancel but was already in transit and had to reject it when delivered. Told they would be deducting cost of shipping. Still waiting for refund. 2nd item 11 ltr fryer - what was delivered was no bigger than 7 or 8 litre. Not fit for my purpose can't return it without 1st forfeiting 25% of price and following a protracted method.Disapponted.

I ordered a parry gas griddle and an outdoor garden table as their prices were very reasonable, the table was delivered the next working day the gas griddle came the following day delivered on a pallet every thing was fine .

I ordered a number of items including a large fridge, the fridge took so long to deliver that I cancelled that part of the order. 2 weeks later I still haven't received a refund or so much as an email from Catering Appliance.

Good price easy ordering, delivery very quick. On the negative side no notification about delivery at all, and person who delivered didn’t leave a card tortellini me next door had taken receipt of goods as I wasn’t in.

I can only comment on the customer relations as I did not take delivery of a paid for item. I had to cancel the order so I contacted the appliance Superstore; there was absolutely no quibbling and I was refunded within minutes of cancelling the order. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

Great customer service very nice friendly office staff. Friendly and helpful delivery driver. Very competitive prices, so far so good but I cannot comment on my purchases as I haven’t even plugged them in yet, but they look great. I ordered 2 tall coolers a tall display fridge and a large glass lid display freezer Just waiting for my freezer to be delivered as the one I wanted was out of stock.

Communication was good but I ordered as it stated 2 day delivery. Unfortunately it took 7 days.

I only gave 3 stars for customer service as I never received an email or text confirming the item had been dispatched and when it would arrive. It was only by chance that I was at my business address at the time of the arrival!!

The first goods received were faulty and were sent back, and replaced.
The second one we received was also faulty and waiting for this to be solved

I bought a freezer from this company and all went well with the order. However the delivery by their chosen courier was wholly unsatisfactory. The freezer didn't arrive on the allocated day and I tried 20 times to contact the courier unsuccessfully. The staff at Catering Appliances were extremely helpful and pleasant but were unable to contact the courier either. The freezer arrived 2 days later.
