Communication with CAS was very good, delivery was poor,. Instructions given to delivery company was not followed, item delivered to wrong address, eventually arrived a week late.

Shopping and delivery was easy and well managed, when I inquired about delivery times they contacted the carrier to get me a pretty accurate delivery slot. I have only had the mixer for a few weeks but it is working well so far

Very happy with ordering process and an excellent price. Customer Services were very helpful and kept us fully informed on delivery. The installation instructions were clear, but as we are only installing the water boiler next week we can't, as yet, comment on performance.

Had to phone three times to chase my order and then the wrong item was delivered. Got there eventually!

The ability of this company to provide the service it promises is completely undermined by it's total lack of control over the delivery service. The customer service team is brilliant but they are operating with one hand tied behind their backs. Once they instruct suppliers to send out the items, they have no further influence: suppliers prioritize other things and don't track the deliveries.

A trouble free purchase however I was informed we would be advised in advance when delivery would be made however the carrier just arrived a day early without warning but delivered "in situ" a good service overall.

Very good overall, but was told delivery would be on the Wednesday or Thursday and I would be advised which day. Item was delivered on the Tuesday and left in porch [£1000 worth] and I was not advised. Probably not the fault of catering appliance superstore, but customers should be kept better informed.

Initially I ordered the wrong size chef white tops (so unopened) & rejected second delivery (again unopened) The companies T&C state a 25% restocking fee (which is illegal) and on return wanted to not refund the original postage fees (again illegal) see Consumer Contracts Reg 2013 & Distance selling regs they refunded as "gesture of goodwill" perhaps they should educate themselves of consumer law

Trouble free purchase

Large fridge was delivered with a big dent and a split in the casing. Catering Appliance Superstore delivered it to Inverness and another carrier brought it to us in the Isle of Lewis. Catering Appliance Superstore immediately blamed our carrier saying they had signed for it and they should have examined it when it was received! The area with the damage had only light cardboard over it!

I needed to buy bi-ball and wine glasses for an event and looked at many websites but in the end opted for Catering Appliance Superstore and am very happy I did. One of my original selections was out of stock so I rang the company and got good advice on a suitable alternative. Good, fast delivery.

Place the order online, was immediately contacted via email with updates on the order and it was delivered by the end of the week. 4 days turnaround. Superb. There wasn't a need to contact the company in person.but if I had, I'm sure it would have been just as efficient.
