Ice machine arrived damaged by courier. Catering Appliance arranged collection and sent out a replacement next day. This one arrived undamaged. Great service can't fault them, would definitely use them again.

They did everything they promised, without any fuss, and the fryer was delivered the next day by 8.30 am. and was working by 12.30 The level of service was great

Very efficient and a a bit quaint, having to get a formal quotation before placing an order.
They are very particular about deliveries, however the packaging was very poor and the four items I ordered were rattling in the delivery box. Fortunately no damage.

Absolutely shocking paid for next day delivery took 3 days to come customer service a joke on phone person very aggressive in manner would never use again.

Ordering was very easy, a quick call answered my query on a product straight away. I was kept informed re. delivery times and the delivery was on time, the drivers were great and very helpful. Left clean and tidy and in place, which they didn't have to do.

No helps from 2 strong men to move the freezer up just only 2 steps. I am sure they can lift the freezer easily than me. I am 67 years old. If you two can't do it, you think I can. No sympathy at all.

Sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with your delivery, However the order you placed with ourselves was refunded in full at your request and we have no other orders therefore we have not delivered anything to you address. We have requested this review be investigate and removed.
