Items arrived very quickly. 2 mugs were damaged in transit but communication with Catering Appliances was excellent and the damaged ones were replaced within a couple of days. Will definitely use again.

very good company and people i only give 3 stars because of very late delivery of few items (water boiler while was in stock )

Unfortunately these dates are approx. and they can fluctuate which appears to be the case with your order. Apologies again for an inconvenience caused.

Goods were delayed reaching our supplier.
I was impressed to receive an email informing us of late delivery and a revised date when we could expect to receive.
This was very helpful and much appreciated

Great advice, quality product, better priced than elsewhere. Can highly recommend. Our purchase was for household use.

After a debilitating illness from food poisoning, we wouldn't entertain anything less than a professional quality instrument. Spend a few more pounds and get a much better, long lasting professional product than you would find in Lidl.

paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive after 5 days so cancelled order.

Hello and thank you for your review, We are very sorry to hear that the microwave was delayed in shipping, Unfortunately at the moment all carriers are under increased pressure and this is causing some unforeseen delays. I can see the unit was sent out on a next-day delivery service as we advised and the delay was down to DPD and the current conditions.
