The Bonzer Litegrip portioner was designed for both left and right-handed use. The lightweight and balanced handle features a central scraper activating a spindle and return mechanism with no springs to cause breakage. The stable hand squeeze motion is suited to more stubborn substances such as mashed potatoes, vegetables and soft ice cream.
